In the middle of the restaurant nearly 20 linear feet of walnut floats above the floor by the support of a steel beam that is flanked by two existing concrete columns to create a welcoming community table. The paint can wall was inspired by the history of the building. The shelves have grooves that keep the cans evenly spaced and allow the owner to turn the cans more easily for different graphic displays. Right below the paint can shelves are custom designed banquettes to perfectly fill the space.

The custom bar rig was modified to fit in the "Bulldog" footprint. Additional television screens were included to ensure that all guest have a great view of the game- regardless of their seat.

The Grand Lobby is a gathering space for residents and visitors that boasts a 22' high vaulted ceiling and larger-than-life fireplace. The LVT and carpet pattern mirrors the beams above and creates the feeling of area rugs for six individual seating areas. A baby grand piano is centered in the room and a pianist is often welcomed as entertainment.

The refreshed building exterior included new LED lighting, new windows, and building signage to create a more inviting landmark. Pedestrians walking nearby can catch a glimpse of the new rooftop terrace from afar.

The new entry lobby is bright, warm, and welcoming. The existing carpet and brick pavers were replaced with wood-look LVT for durability through the common areas.

Custom millwork was designed to frame the view into the newly renovated dining space from the main entry area. In addition, the millwork will serve as additional overflow seating and a place to house various trophies and mementos.

Formal living area opens into family room, casual dining, bar & kitchen spaces. Grand piano accents the exposed stairs & another opening into kitchen. Furnished balcony beyond living room is accessed from both rooms & has private garden view. Modern fireplace covered in wood veneer features a custom steel & wood floating mantle. Client's love of color with black & gold accents is evident here.

The kitchen boasts efficient space utilization without compromising on modern amenities. Equipped with a gas range, wine fridge, and dishwasher, it offers all the essential features. The contemporary allure is further accentuated by the sleek latch cabinets. A subtle nod to the music theme is reflected in the cassette tape tile, seamlessly integrated into the design. Task lighting above the main run of appliances enhances functionality while preparing meals.
