Entrance Lobby: Creative use of lighting accents the architecture. Application of a modest artwork package enhances the lobby and board room. Board room image is printed on acrylic panels at a triptych attached to the wall with point supports for added dimension.

Bathroom Overall Perspective.

Primary Bathroom Vanity. The LED Vanity Mirrors provide additional lighting options, ample storage in the vanity. The shower 1/2 wall has a niche on the opposite side to conceal shampoo/soap bottles.

Designed for family living, this warm, vintage-inspired kitchen features dual work triangles, rich wood tones, and custom leaded glass for light and privacy.

The design team was able to meet the clients' request to keep as much of the existing cabinetry as possible by conserving the location of the range, hood, microwave and sink.

Kitchen Overview

Louvered panels on the West side of the home flank the new outdoor fireplace. This achieves privacy for the family and blocks the afternoon sun while still allowing a breeze through.

This kitchen was designed as a gathering space where great meals and family connections come to life. At the heart of the design is a professional-grade range, framed by an inset tile niche with a storage ledge, seamlessly blending function and beauty. The marble mosaic backsplash, set in a herringbone pattern, adds a fresh take on a timeless material, bringing texture and dimension to the space. A bold navy island, painted in Sherwin-Williams Naval, anchors the layout, providing both contrast and a rich foundation. Brass hardware adds warmth and elegance, while oversized mercury glass pendants introduce just the right amount of drama and sparkle. A traditional floral fabric shade softens the space, creating a perfect balance of classic charm and modern functionality—where every detail is designed for effortless cooking and connection.

Living Room- Removed the fireplace which was located on the center of the exterior wall and replaced with matching doors and window to let the outside in. Biophilic design. Relocated the fireplace to an interior wall to create a new focal point with TV above.
